From the word go the experience, and you can call it that, was great. the staff were caring and nothing as too much. the table for the evening as all arranged. the young man showing me to the room was pleasant and able to get the points across. Travelled to Lavenham for a weekend break. It is a beautiful little town, steeped in history with pretty tudor buildings lining the streets. This Great House is set in the market square in the centre of the town and is a beutiful building in a wonderful setting. Our room was beautifully decorated, very spacious and comfortable and fully equiped with coffee machine & complimentary sherry! The icing on the cake is the hotel restaurant - the food is amazing!
