large, modern, comfortable room, good parking and homely restaurant, well located for starting a tour of the Northern Ireland coastal route. Across the road from a large supermarket, cafe and cinema (which were very handy on a wet day!). Just a 10 minute walk from town centre (although not an attractive walk) if you need anything else; and only a 10 minute drive from Carfunnock country park (well worth a visit).
tutti gli commenti dei clienti » The situation of the hotel, close to Larne ferry terminal, was excellent. The hotel itself is perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms large and spacious, beautiful bathrooms, everywhere spotlessly clean. Over our stay we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel which were all very good and excellent value, altho the portions could do with being smaller - we had no room for puddings!. We asked if our room could be ready early as we were going to a wedding. We were given a superior room at no extra cost as it was available. We got ready and made the venue with time to spare. The facilities were first class and the staff certainly went the extra mile. The hotel is ideally situated for anyone travelling on a late night or early morning ferry. The wake-up call was perfect, the shower fantastic. I arrived late and left early, and staff couldn't have been more helpful. I'll definitely stay again. The room is excellent value with all facilities required. The bed is comfortable and the power shower excellent. The staff are friendly and the food of excellent standard. First impressions are that I can't fault the Curran Court for the money. As so near Ferry I had low expectations and it doesn't look like much from the outside. BUT the bedrooms are fantastic with the most comfortable bed. The restaurant is good. The service from staff at Reception and restaurant is excellent. Spacious, well appointed room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurant food. After travelling up the east coast of England and through Scotland the Curran Court was heads above everywhere else we had stayed. The room was well appointed and excellent decor. The room had facilities and very clean.The menu in the restaurant afforded a considerable choice and the service was very good. Breakfast was also of a high standard. I found the staff more than helpful and the evening meal was smashing. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the walk in shower was great. I can highly recomended this this hotel as very good value for money. This hotel is perfect for anyone needing easy access to the ferry port.Both the check in staff and restaurant staff could not have been more friendly and helpful Impressive walk in shower and a comfy bed. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant served really good food and if I had one complaint it would be that the portion sizes were a bit too large. I never did get to try the puddings!. even although my stay was overnight the hotel was ideally situated and luxurious and comfy and great staff and room was beautiful.......and the breakfast ..well the ulster fry was amazing and HUGE. free WiFi, close to the ferry terminal, clean, free parking, restaurants nearby, perfect as a starting point for discovering Ireland or as a final stop before heading over to Scotland. Well designed with plenty of space - colour and furnishings first class - food of highest quality and well presented. staff very efficient and courteous. Location is great for ferries, we stayed here as a stop over after flying into Belfast before starting the causeway coastal route and it was ideal. Good location, room spacious and a great shower. The hotel is situated in a commercial area opposite a large Asda store. Not scenic in any way but handy to the town and docks. Nothing. I think the Post Code must be a new one so my Sat. Nav. was unable to find it. Having to go home!. nothing. The coffee could have been a bit stronger. they should talk to costa or one of the other coffee chains. Right beside a main road, the double glazing got rid of most of the noise though!. There was nothing we did not like. No food at 10pm but all night garage shop just across road supplied snacks. No fridge in room. The spiral design of hall carpets would not be good if you suffered with migraines. location. suitable for business or travellers stopping off not much else. No complaints. Nothing. Sat Nav didn't find it and took me in to the main town of Larne, so better signage would be helpful. the fry for breakfast was not highly recommendable.the eggs could have been cooked a little more and overall there was too much grease for our taste. The confusion regarding breakfast if you book through booking. com. Nothing. Nothing. Noting in walking distance. I diddent like the fact that breakfast wasent included in the price when u booked on line but if u phoned the booking it was included.
