The hotel needs some TLC but is comfortable and the rooms were adequate for the price.   We picked up the keys and were delighted when we saw the apartment, which is actually a little cottagey type house, overlooking Clifton Green. It was very modern, clean and simple. Everything we needed was all there for us. It was incredibly great value (£90 for 3 of us) and only a 5 minute walk from the city centre. The wetroom was lovely too. Friendly owners Nichola was very accommodating when we arrived early and let us park our car and leave our luggage! Will definately be using this accommodation again for our next trip to York :)
