  good clean rooms with an unexpectedly good breakfast included in the price. Bar food excellent and a discount is given to guests. Location relative to conference centre very easy (and town centre). Overlooks the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful and made me feel safe. - The location of the hotel was great and staff was really helpful.   I like the price (i've got deals for just over £10) and the very layed back atmosphere and the staff are very friendly,and it fantastic easy to travel from the station, a few minutes walk away, and the seaside the same. Bed was real comfortable (i had the top bunk). I only stayed for a night but it was a pleasant experience!!
