  Mo at the reception is a really nice guy. We arrived early and he still made sure our room was available for us ASAP. We had a double room which was very nice and clean. The hostel had a lift which was amazing after spending a lot of time lugging bags up many flights of stairs. Takes 20minutes and it is also a 5 min walk to the closest train station. The hostel was qu - The staff was incrediblly nice, everyone was very helpful and polite. There are bus stops in front of the building, the Rotherhithe underground station less than 10 minutes away, it's located in a residential zone so it's a very quiet and safe place. I had previously read a review that said it was scary to walk from the underground station to the hostel, but let me tell you even though it's mostly a desserted area at the late hours of night, it's very safe, so don't worry about that.   I asked them not to be on the first floor after reading the comments and they gave us a nice room on the upper floor. Receptionists are very kind. Nice bar just next door. Common kitchen on each floor. Good price for a nice stay. - for London area the price was reasonable. Facility was basic 'hostel' but clean.
