  Fabulous accommodation with very helpful staff - stayed here with my partner as we were attending a wedding close by - did not have a chance to experience Dundee but this would be a great base from which to do so. Breakfast was scottish: Eggs, bacon, beans, tomato, haggis and black pudding...of course you could choose whether you would like all of it or just a selection. There are also cereals, fruits and jam.   A really well located place to stay, right in the heart of Dundee. The staff were very friendly, the room had everything we needed, including coffee making facilities. You don't get that personal touch from a hotel. Breakfast was very nice and the b&b has the best views across the Tay! Free parking and bus stop into town right outside. Was very easy to find. Very nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

  The hotel is easy to find and the position is good. Nice room - Staff very helpful allowed us to check-in earlier than stated. We could leave our luggage safe for a few hours after we checked-out.
