Very nice location, on the edge of the congestion zone. Parking was
available in a non-associated parking house about two blocks away. The
tower and tower bridge and the river is about 10-15 minutes walk. Room
was clean, everything in order. Ac is great and sound isolation from the
street noises worked perfectly.

Friendly, helpful staff on reception and in restaurant; compact but perfectly appointed room (great attention to design detail); very close to overground (10 mins) and tube trains (2 mins round corner) - direct tube from Paddington, Kings Cross/St Pancras, Liverpool St. Loved the compact but comfortable room with plug sockets in all the right places!

The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. The hand made bed was awesome (spend money on your bed and shoes as if you're not in one you're in the other). The choice of lighting in the room was

- Close to tube & vibrant/multicultural/trendy Brick Lane with all its different shops/restaurants/bars/markets. It looks a bit dodgy at first maybe (graffiti), but felt very safe there. Few tourists, London at its best IMHO

This hostel-like hotel is situated at Bethnal Green area, about 10 minutes walk from the same named tube station. This location is perfect for short-time living, as it's about 2 tube stations far from the center, so the price for it is very reasonable.

- clean room (although the room was small and the bathroom just tiny but we knew what we were going for :), new bed-clothes and towels every two days.
- nice breakfast! we didn't expect such a big choice. you can also use the kitchen with fridge, microwave etc.
- close to the subway station, which is rather close to the city centre.
- free wifi in the room. you can also use the computer in the hall.

very helpful and friendly staff, good restaurant - Disponibilità staff, prese elettriche adattate europee, internet nella hall e wireless in stanza gratuito. E' leggermente in periferia ma è collegato benissimo con il centro di londra e le varie attrazioni turistiche.
