  I booked into the Babbacombe Guest House as I was in the area for meetings across three days. The owners were welcoming and accommodating and couldn't have been more attentive. I'd read some reviews prior to booking that started that they had seen some negativity towards children. I stayed in room 5 on the top floor and it was perfect for me. It has a few low celling corners - Very clean and comfortable with quality toiletries and personal touches in room. A first class breakfast too. I had a single attic room which was hot in a heatwave, so the owner offered me a double room if it was too hot for me! The room cooled down so I did not take up the offer. Nice gesture though.
