The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. Staff were very professional when communicating by phone, e-mail and face to face. Both Ziad and Prince were professional and made our stay very pleasurable. Friendly helpful staff. Spacious accommodation, well equipped. I was upgraded and enjoyed the extra space. Compared to a hotel, it's great to have a proper sofa to sit and room to move around.

the staff was really welcoming and friendly, they called to confirm our arrival time and were really quick and efficient. I have stayed at rotana apartments a few times before and will continue to book rooms with them. they also upgrade to two bedrooms if available. excellent service. will definitely recommend to friends and family. -

... cosa dice la gente » , tea & coffee provided, I was personally shown into the flat which was a nice touch (many aparthotels just email an entry code) and it had a lovely open balcony. I was upgraded free of charge to a 2 bed flat because a pipe burst in the studio apartment I had booked... I really can't fault the flat OR customer service!
