A+++ - Was a little apprehensive at earlier visitor feedback on food noise etc left prior to visit which was completely unfounded. Food and service in general was excellent, location very good and secure car park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at very reasonable room rates. Ate in bar and restaurant and both were very good. nice breakfasts as well.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Facility was clean andcomfortable. We ate breakfast at the hotel every day and dinner twice -excellent foo!.
