Its really important you print out your confirmation. You need the door code to get into the building and safe code to get your room Key.The apartment is really clean, large and the kitchen is handy. The apartment comes with everything you need including shampoo, toothbrush, hairdryer, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, iron etc. The bed is comfy. The tube is a few minutes walk from the entrance and Tesco express is in the middle which is handy for supplies

Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. -

This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need. A new Hotel, excellent location for our needs, a short walk to Aldgate East tube, the staff so friendly and helpful. We took a short taxi ride to Tower Pier and went on the Thames from Tower Bridge to Westminster. We loved Selfridges and had salty beef sandwiches at 'The Brass Rail Cafe' there. -
