The best weekend thanku - The staff were particularly helpful with information for my grand daughter related to 'Doctor Who' . This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

Location was brilliant.
Studio room was perfect for 2 people, it was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that you need. We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything you would need for a self catering stay. The apartment was furnished to a high standard . It was in an amazing location just opposite the Millenium Centre and was an easy 25 min walk to the centre. The quay area has a fabulous assortment of bars/restaurants/pubs to choose from. As well as a Sainsbury's express below the apartment.

Stayed in an apartment not hotel. Ideally situated, great value and extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely return. Lady booking us in was extremely helpful. - It was quite close to the city centre - only a 20 minute walk. \It wasvery secure and the apartment was immaculate and well presented.

Cardiff is such a small city by square miles that really any location is
a good location. Our apartment was a 5 minute walk to Mermaid Quay which
is very family friendly yet also accommodates a young nightlife. We
walked over their both nights and found many options to eat and drink
at. Overall the apartment was in good condition and our contact person
was very responsive to emails and phone calls.

We found the complex easily and were swiftly met by friendly staff who showed us to the secure parking bay and our apartment. Absolutely love this place. I felt as if I just changed residence. The staff were very prompt prior to arrival and took care of any questions, concerns, and had good advice for venues. They also provided 25% off at 5 restaurants and pubs down by the wharf. The wharf was about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The city center was about 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. I liked the fact that it was located so close to the city that I couldeasily walk to major tourist attractions. I also appreciated the use ofthe free car park. - The Mercure Lodge Hotel, Cardiff is a great hotel based about 5 mins from the centre - An excellent base for a weekend in Cardiff. Would reccomend :o)

We have stayed here several times as it so convenient to walk into Cardiff City Centre without having to use the car. The location is great and having the Restaurant on site is a bonus. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were great and listened to my complaint about being woken early by the noise made by a "Party" returning at 4.30am !!
