The staff we very helpful and made sure we had everything we asked for. Thye were pleasant, polite and helpful. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and two minutes from the centre of Manchester and you will go through or past canal street on the way - The staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble for them. Staff were ever so friendly and helpful, they spent ages trying to find a restaurant that played live music while we dined. the food at the hotel was fantastic I dont normally order order steak cooked rare outside of home normally medium rare as a precaution but i did there and it was cooked perfectly its the second time me and the wife have stayed there and no doubt there will be a third

The level of services provided left us wanting for nothing. The food in restaurant was excellent. We plan to return for this service alone. The rooms are all modern / air conditioned and comfortable.

I loved the decor, the room was very comfortable and the facilities better than published - eg flat screen Tv, free wifi access,the bistro style food was fantastic - and very reasonably priced - The staff were very friendly and helpfull. It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
