posizione - La camera era ampia e comoda, il bagno dotato sia di doccia che di vasca. Buona anche la posizione, se non si avesse voglia di camminare nella via passano diversi autobus che in poche fermate portano in pieno centro. Ottima anche la colazione a buffet.

Lo staff dell'hotel è molto disponibile nei confronti dei clienti ed i servizi sono buoni. L'hotel è abbstanza centrale e ben servito da bus (biglietto giornaliero 2,5 sterline) che rapidamente portano al centro storico della città. We were extremely surprised by the quality of the hotel considering we paid 119 for a double room. Staff were of 5* quality, attached bar is fantastic with good beer, good food and live sport on big screens. Bedrooms are great. Would not hesitate to return. Plentiful parking for free at weekend and a 15min walk to centre. -

quasi nulla - I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, everybody was friendly and polite and went out of their way. Location is super, 2 minutes walk from haymarket station and 15 walk into Edinburgh city centre. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.
