  Hotel was great value, loved breakfast, awesome location. We were advised by cab driver on the way to hotel, that it was in bad neighborhood. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Maybe not a great area, but we found it excellent for price, location to Kings Cross Tube and value for our money. Loved it...would stay again. If the prices will stay just as low are they are right now, I'll defenatly return there

  There were two guys at the check-in desk, one of them told us that our room would not be ready until 1.30pm (we checked in at 11am) but he was quickly overruled as the other man sent us straight to a room, he was very friendly and showed us where to go. The location of the hotel was fantastic, the road being literally opposite to Kings Cross meant... cosa dice la gente » we could get anywhere easily. The room itself was small but was all we needed for an overnight stay, especially at such a cheap price. It was clean e - I hd to upgrade to a family room when I got their as I had originally booked a basic double room for myself and a collegue. The owner of the hotel had advised me on the phone that I would need to upgrade and I only ad to pay the difference for the room, which ended up only being £100. I found the staff really helpful and the next time I travel to London I will be staying here.

  Staff, just incredibly welcoming and accommodating, stayed with a girlfriend as our flight was cancelled. We are both straight and hadn't realised this was a gay friendly venue, but that made our evening all the more interesting. The drag act was excellent haven't laughed that much in years.
