  Good location: walking distance to the Piccadilly Station (about 15 mins, free bus runs on this route), close to the shopping district (about 10 mins). There are many small eateries close to the hotel and a Subway restaurant downstairs - we had breakfast there. Rooms well equipped - hairdryer, tea/coffee set. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was good value for money and excellent portion sizes. We also had breakfast which was great value for money. The room was basic but all we required.
