We are a mature couple and we stayed initially for 4 nights, then extended another 3, then another 2.
Great location. Very quiet, yet just a few minutes walk to town centre, with lots of shops, cafes, etc..

I stayed in a single room on the second floor overlooking the castle, the view at night is amazing. Eventhough bathroom on a sharing basis, but it was very clean. Breakfast selection was good. During my stay it was a bit chilly, they even gave me another blanket. It was a quiet place to stay, 5 minutes walking distance to town.

Nice place, friendly staff, great view. - The house is really lovely, clean and warm. The bathroom is in good condition as well. Good location - near the supermarket, information centre, local tour picking up stop and the coach station. And the breakfast is just home-like!

A very short walk from the train or bus station.
Premier Inn is very clean and appears to be newly built.
We were met with a smile and a friendly attitude.
They are very energy conscious and the first thing you notice when you get to your room you need to use your card/room key to activate the main lights.

The staff who greeted us were really delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. The decor in the restaurant/bar areas is just lovely. Our rooms were perfectly clean & tidy & a positive must go to the cleaners who were lovely when we encountered them also. Breakfasts were fine. Special mention to Stefan in the restaurant bar area.....he was just beautiful the way he dealt with an elderly couple who were sitting next to us. He is a special asset to your hotel.

The owners welcome was warm and the property comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The staff are excellent, very friendly and very accommodating. Parking facilities are very good and the staff have good local knowledge. The hotel is very close to the city centre and patrolled by the Police on foot. The hotel is within walking distance to all the nightlife. Perfect location for exploring Inverness and the surrounding area. Naim
was the best host we had out of six B&Bs we stayed at during our
three week Scotland trip. He provided a lot of valuable information
each morning regarding the area based on our plans for the day. The
twin room had a great view of Inverness Castle at night. Ample portions
at breakfast were delicious and provided an ideal start to a day of
touring around.

Although I arrived early, I was made welcome immediately. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent value for money, the breakfast was first class, and I was able to leave my luggage in the hotel and use the lounge if i wished until my taxi arrived (1.30pm).
