  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town. Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times. Suzie (Zuzi) at the reception receives everyone with a great smile and wonderful customer service- she made all the difference in my stay by - I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great. The managers are all young and very friendly, helped a lot when I had to prolong my stay. The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from.   Paid extra for the larger double room, actually had an additional bed. Very nice room with all mod cons, decent size, windows on two sides, comfortable, quiet and warm. Lots of hot water and nice bath in roomy bathroom. - Location was good for us,near to Muswell hill centre and also near enough to East Finchley Tube.

Adequate breakfast, although continental it also had sausages, beans & scrambled egg. 15 mins flat walk along to Finchley central tube. Seemed safe area.
