Blown away by the plush, stylish apartment. We visited York with my parents & this 2-bedroom apartment suited us much better than two separate hotel rooms, as it provided a social space (kitchen, dining table, sofas and TV)
Incredibly convenient for walking to key places in York; train station, the Shambles, the Minster and, highlight of the trip for my husband, the National Rail Museum.
The lovely Heather at reception is also wonderfully helpful :)

I didn't arrive until 11.30 pm because of a delayed journey from London, however the person on duty was very helpful. I requested an iron and iroing board at 7.30 am the nextmorning which was brought immediately. The pool was superb, good hearty breakfast(full English), only a 20 min walk into town and a hotel with free parking(unusual for York). Nice standard 2 star hotel which was comfortable with every thing working. Really good restaurant too. Found most guest houses charging the same rate and with this hotel i had alot of facilities to use eg Restauran

This is a quaint hotel. Best accessible via car. However, easy accessvia bus. Should indicate bus route from downtown. Place is veryclean,beds are very comfortable. Good value for the money.
