Hotel has a nice location right on Clapham Common. Whilst not right in the centre of London it is only 4/5 subway stops from Victoria and much better value than most of the hotels that are in the centre. This is a wonderful haven from the busy city. It's in an excellent accessible location, about 10 mins walk from either Clapham Common or Clapham South. The beautiful Victorian building is well looked after and has a quirky yet clean feel to it. A cosy and warm atmosphere with open fires in the winter. Helpful and welcoming staff, very professional. Glass-roofed conservatory breakfast area, and excellent food. Bed was very comfy, got a good night's sleep. Very quiet! Free WiFi.

I loved the modern design of the hotel. Really loved the room it was amazing! Such a fantastic experience which I could of stayed another night but couldnt really afford another night :( would stay again but too far from anything like the good pubs in Covent garden etc. very lovely food :) best hotel ive ever stayed in!

Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense.

Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road.
Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay.
Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

we stayed in the four bedroomed apartment as we were a large group of nine and they put in a spare bed for us and left two litres of fresh milk in the fridge. The apartment is on two floors with huge balconies and is perfect for large groups or multiple family members. the shutlle service was helpful and flexible. -

I read a few negative reviews about Pestana London on letsbookhotel.com and on TripAdvisor. I'm not one for writing reviews but decided I should do this one. It was value for money, bed rooms spacious clean and very comfortable beds the lovely white leather coutch in room added elegance and comfort.Breakfast was good luckily we paid for breakfast on chek in it was 12.50 per person. The location was great. Bus stop to West End outside. Staff were all very helpful. Free parking on site. Nice breakfast. Free soft drinks. Live band on Saturday and a bed to sleep in. Outstanding value.

The rooms of hotel are all new and very nice , I asked for iron and hair dry which was no problem staff are understanding it's a very good safe hotel if you are using st George's ! The resterant beside was good as well .
