The hotel located in old, but renvated Victorian house, offers quite tiny, but very comfortable rooms.
Very comfortable beds, clean room, basic bathroom, flat tv, hairdryer, kettle with coffee and tea set, small safe. WiFi easily accessible. All arranged by very friendly staff. Rooms refreshed every day ( we stayed 3 nights ).

Try fruits for dessert , esecially smak apples really dese - I was there for the London Book Fair in 2013. It was a very nice place to stay at with a good breakfast in the morning. Very close to the event center which made it easy. Additionally they set me up with a very nice taxi back to the airport that was very reasonable compared to the prices around town. Very nice guys running the place, they really go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

Everything regarding this apartment as perfect! From start to finish!
Vey Nice Gentleman awaited our arrival which was 2am .. he showed us to our room and provided a brief tour of the apartment.
We booked the 1 bedroom apartment which was much larger then thought. The bedroom was totally separate and the lounge area had a sofa bed. There was als

the aprtment was more than expected- large with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and large open plan lounge and dining area.

Earls court tube was less than 5min away with lovely take away on way home - masala zone - so no need to cook if did not eat yet- just buy food and eat at home .
Sainsburys located around the corner with all essentials required...

There are many things to like about this apartment - the very friendly staff (Harris has a charming manner and is very conscientious); the location (very close to Earls Court tube station which is serviced by 3 lines, several supermarkets including a large Sainsbury's, banks, a wide variety of restaurants and pubs offering options for every budget

Fantastic location. Two minutes to Earls Court train and access to everywhere. Close enough to walk to city and tourist sites if you are active. Apartment is a bit on the small size but comfortable. Close to supermarkets and eating outlets if required. Really enjoyed out stay. Check you room location as there is no lift and some effort is required on the narrow stairs, but staff would be willing to help. -
The basement studio triple room was perfect for our requirements. Compact, modern and clean kitchen & bathroom, spacious open plan bed/sitting/dining area very close to Earls Court tube station (trains rumbled underneath us but didn't bother us). Easy connection to Earl's Court on Piccadilly line down from Kings Cross and still just in Zone 1. Close to Apollo theatre where Wicked is currently showing.

Posizione molto tranquilla e di fronte alla stazione della metro. Ottimo per chi visita la fiera di Earls Court che si trova a una sola fermata di metro (10 min a piedi fin dentro la fiera). Very clean and well decorated room. Comes with TV, wi-fi and kitchen which were all very useful. Is far enough out of the way of the city-centre to be quiet at night, while being 2 minutes walk away from the tube station. I would highly recommend staying here.

We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel
was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube
station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum
(just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful
and the hotel was very clean. The room also was clean and modern but it
was a bit small. Our double bed was butted up to the wall. It was
certainly cosy! I didn't notice the noise too much but it is London
