Very relaxing, room had lots of character, breakfast was simple, pub downstairs was cheap and good food. We were looking for a relaxing night and we found it here. Location wasn't too far from the castle and Queen's, but beware that the address is actually 36, not 26. -

Elgar was similar to the first apartment I stayed in with this company
I have stayed in many and I keep returning as I rate them very highly.
I recommend booking more than 1 night to really feel the benefit of a home from home apartment and usually all for the price of a hotel room!

It was above expectations. We were impressed by the cleanliness and well organized rooms and tidy kitchen. The price was fair in comparison to other hotels. The flat was not tight as compared to most UK hotels and flats. It is an excellent choice for the families. - The apartment was spacious and well decorated, and also conveniently located.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were modest, but a great value for money and also very clean. The hotel is on a good location close to the city center, but still very peaceful and safe. Breakfast was excellent as well, fresh bread, yoghurts, fruit every morning. I would definitely come back to stay at the Beverley, especially if I come back with friends or family.

Perfect location - 10 min walk to the shops (through a lovely park) and approx. a 40 min walk to Cardiff Bay along by the river.

The place was adorable! We were absolutely charmed with the accommodations. The hostesses were very helpful, personable, welcoming when we got in, accommodating when we had to solve travel conundrums. The wifi was easy to use and completely reliable! The neighborhood was completely delightful, and the park walkway a block away was a lovely way to get to the castle and transportation.

Very friendly, lovely seating decked area out front for relaxing in the evening, if you smoke it's ideal.
Unlike many hotels I've stayed in the WiFi was unlimited which meant I could browse and catch up easily and it was a decent speed too. Top marks for this!

The Owner was warm and welcoming. Noticing my use of a walking stick, she offered us the choice of 2 rooms, as she was concerned for my comfort. I have never had this consideration before!! The room was clean, warm and comfortable, and we were shown how to work the tv and digital box. All facilities were clean and working. A key was given and we were able to come and go as we pleased. The owner and morning breakfast staff (more so on Sunday morning) were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, small but comfortable and suited our needs for 2 nights perfectly. We paid £35 pp per night each....a bargain really! The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had....lots of choice and plenty of it. -

Breakfast was fabulous. As was our room. Very friendly staff. Lovely park nearby as well as places for evening meals. Definitely recommend to everyone!
