Clean and neat rooms, very centrally located and next to a underground station with a shopping centre within walking distance and a good deli shop next door.   We stayed in a small, but clean and nice room on the top floor for 5 nights. Top floor means 50 steps, no lift, in quite a narrow staircase. No problem for us, but good to know if you have difficulties with walking in stairs, or have heavy luggage. The bathroom was also very small, but clean and fresh. TV, hairdryer and a kettle in the room, teabags and coffe. Break - Very nice family-run accomodation (friendly owners had 2 cute kids) with great English breakfast (or if you like, a Continental one). While its just a stone's throw from King's Cross / St Pancras station, it is located in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the station and main roads. Our quadruple room came with attached shower and toilet which was very clean.

  The hotel provides an excellent location within London downtown area. Welcoming staff efficently cater to international guests who visibly enjoy the place either for business or leisure.
