  Great for a group - Location. Value for money accommodating so many people. Great communications from managers/owners. I would 100% stay there again and recommend to friends - however I would take additional towels, washing up liquid, coffee, sugar etc. I'd also like to watch someone else falling through the bed slats!

  The room had character, a bit quirky but also neutral enough to appeal to most people. We weren't told that breakfast was included but we had cereal, milk and crockery so we could have some breakfast before we left the next day. We also had a balcony which was nice to sit out on in the sun. Everything was set out nicely for when we arrived. Was ni... cosa dice la gente » ce and relaxed and didn't get penalised for checking out a little after our check out time. - The location was great, right next to the shopping centre, 10 min walk from the station and a 10 min walk down the beach to the pier. The staff were lovely and we got given cerial and fruit in the morning. In the room was a tv with virgin media, so if you fancied a romantic night in you can watch a film ect. It is very close to the main nightlife in Brighton which means you don't have far to stumble.

  Very welcoming and clean. Lovely building with decor to complement it. Owner was very nice and interested in what we had planned. If we needed a taxi he went out of his way to get us one. Vegetarians were also catered for with the breakfast. Hot water was constantly available. Tea and coffee making facilities were also provided and - I liked the power shower / the continental breakfast was value for money at £5 / my bed was comfortable and the television was near the bed and easy to use / coffee was available in my room which was thoughtful and shampoo/cream/bodywash and towels were provided which was immensely useful

Next really strong point is location. Easy walk to the beach, town, or local shops.
