  The staff were very welcoming and we were made to feel at home. The location was perfect for our requirements. we would definately use this hotel again on our next visit. We didn't find anything to dislike about this hotel. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a great relaxed atmosphere. The room was small, however it had everything we needed. The en-suite was surprisingly roomy. We could open windows, which is something we like to be able to do. In many hotels it's impossible. The bed was wonderful! We slept more restfully than we had in months. We we definitely stay at the Carisbrooke again and we will recommend it to friends.
