We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

Our room overlooked the river. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling
faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests.
Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable.
I also had a Spa treatment, at the hotel. Once entering the Spa, the staff at reception were warm and welcoming. Beautician was friendly and shared great knowledge on the pro

Check-in fast, Alessandro excellent and poised, notified us of upgrade
to studio.Thanks Booking!! Room top-notch, quiet even tho facing busy
main London street. Central location made business and shopping a
breeze, using tube from Waterloo station (our side of bridge), or short
walk to Westminster station. We were no more than 3 stops from all
appointments. Price and value outstanding. All staff professional,
courteous, and knowledgable re: transportation, pubs, shopping, etc. We

Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet.
Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.
Room was arranged twice daily and a wide selection of newspapers

We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the
location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a
basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was
amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the
hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of
other b

Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a
short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is
superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi (
worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train
timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard
available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much
apprecia

Posizione Centrale, ottimo punto di partenza.
Personale cordiale e gentile.
Carino il ristorante/discobar nella hall, ottimo ritrovo serale se non ci si vuole spostare dall'albergo.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
In conclusione, consigliato! - la posizione eccellente e, nonostante sia in pieno centro,la sua tranquillità.

Cordialità del personale, colazione e l'imac. Inoltre la linea bus 88 che si trova a pochi passi dall'albergo è in servizio 24 ore su 24 e porta nelle principali zone di londra. - bellissima camera e il sistema mcintosh in camera una vera figata!

Perfect location, very close to Trafalgar Square and picadilly Circus. Booked Deluxe room and were upgraded to Junior Suite. Biegest Hotel room I've ever seen in London!
Spacious bathroom with seperate shower, lixurious bathtub with Tv!!! ;)

Our deluxe room was beautiful and quirky (also the rest of the hotel).
Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good
size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free
fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres
within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The
Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.

Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the
doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We
walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who

The Staff were consistently cheerful and helpful. The location cannot be bettered; very central, 3 minutes form the Jubilee Line yet quiet and peaceful. -

Posizione, staff, cura personale - l'unica cosa positiva dell'albergo è stato il consierge filippo!! che ha agevolato il nostro soggiorno con molta premura! e la colazione sebbene un pò cara abbastanza soddisfacente.
