quick and effortless time it took to check in being told about the amenities at the hotel the location of the hotel was ideal for us to travel around Scotland for the four days that we stayed - Super room - better than we have normally had in the past.

Extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Our room wasn't
ready on arrival but the staff took our bags, jackets etc. We had a
great lunch and our room cards were brought to us in the restaurant and
our bags etc were already in the room. I would call that great service.

I love how the dakota looks it is a beautiful hotel especially the lounge reception and dining area the staff are always lovely and helpful especially tge receptionist that was on when i arrived at the hotel i think it is really good for business occassions.

Good clean accomodation in a spacious room, good shower pressure, comfy bed. We stayed for the one night as a place to get some sleep as we travelled down south, room had all we needed for the night. Plenty of parking available. Lady on reception was very friendly and ponited us in the direction for some places for dinner. Deals available on break

1. A very warm welcome from the receptionist on arrival and later that evening on our return to the hotel. She was extremely helpful, friendly and curteous.
2. The location situated just of the M74. Easy access to Glasgow city.
