  We enjoyed our stay. The male employee (I wish I could remember his name, he was very nice!) was very helpful. My two children and I arrived at 9am and because I knew we'd be up all night, I asked for an early check in. When we arrived, the previous guests had checked out so our room was vacant, but it had not been cleaned yet. We would recommend the breakfast option - the voucher giving a choice of traditional English or vegetarian breakfast at a reduced cost and conveniently served at the cafe opposite the tube station. It is a good alternative to the city centre when Picadilly line is closed due to works (as it was in my case). Bathroom was not very large, but quite comfortable. There was a good water pressure in the shower, even hot water was flowing ok.
