We stay in B&B's at least once a month and this place is the best we've ever stayed in. A B&B with a feel of a 5 star hotel. From the amazing decor, furniture and king size bed to the fantastic peaceful garden. We were blown away by the quality of this place and we'll definately be staying again! -

Friendly welcome by very efficient and helpful check in staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Printed off map for directions to a specific restaurant we wanted to visit. Convenient free parking with CCTV. Five minute walk to Hull Old Town. Room spotlessy clean and very comfortable with views across the Humber. Excelleant value for money. -

The room was very comfortable, the bed had a proper memory foam
mattress which meant I slept well and woke up feeling refreshed without
back pain.
The landlady kindly rescued us by photocopying a six page document that was need for a meeting. this was done very graciously and at no charge. The breakfast was excellent.

Position was great for some shopping. Plenty of places to eat out. All staff offered an excellent service. The breakfast was fabulous: lots of choice and plenty of it. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up some mornings. A great weekend. Would stay here again.

The hotel was in a Fantastic location, within a 3 minute walk from the
Bus/Train station and I'm the middle of Princess Quay and St
Stephens shopping centre. I paid only £35 for the room the beds were
extremely comfy, the heating was fantastic, the en suite shower room was
perfect and there was a tv with on demand movies/Internet and free
terrestrial channels. The staff were fantastic, especially the blonde

My room service food was excellent too, not ridiculous prices. Bar is nice. All staff I encountered were really friendly and seemed to know their stuff. This is a hotel which has got the basics right. It has pleasing architecture and the staff are attentive and friendly . It is a most pleasant place to stay and has an ambience of comfort and security. I warmed to the whole ambience of the hotel - from the attractive reception area to the welcome retreat of a clean, comfortable room with excellent bathroom facilities. I wasn't hassled by staff but they were there to help if needed - pleasant too. The garden views were attractive. I have stayed at the Hallmark twice to visit family in the area

Beautiful hotel, majority of staff extremely friendly (apart from one grumpy person!). Lovely facilities & extremely clean with excellent tea tray (everyone needs a decent cuppa!). Bathroom perfect & beautiful views over the Humber bridge.
Very well priced for a luxury break and definitely a recommended wedding venue.
