The setting was lovely. The cottage was very comfortable and spacious.
just everything, the estate, the building, the rooms, friendly staff.

No sign on Birmingham Road indicating turning. When travelling in the

cats on the terrace all night long (well, it's a country home...;=)).
Trying to gain initial access to the site was difficult. There was a
lack of instructions with the booking, no obvious signage and a little
conufsion when we called to gain access.
the gated entrance with no understanding of the number needed to enter and only phone calls to gain the needed number .
unable to contact staff for directions.
It has two single mattresses pushed together was meant to have a seating area which we didn't have plus was meant to have a bath.
