We stayed in a superb room overlooking the Derby Houses. breakfast was excellent with some unusual choices not usually offered in B&B accommodation. the gust lounge is a thoughtful touch as is the availability of water and milk for our use. The host was friendly, helpful and informative about the local area. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, everything we needed. Bathroom was huge with bath and shower. Lovely breakfast, plentiful with hot items cooked to order. A lovely stay.

  The service was attentive but not intrusive, the welcome was fantastic (tea and coffee served outside - really good quality too), the room was clean and comfortable and despite warnings that the William Reynolds room had limited head height my 6ft 3 husband was fine. Really close to Ironbridge, about 1 mile or so to the town and only a couple to the museums so a taxi to coalbrookdale if need - The location, is lovely, but a little far for walking to the bridge for those less mobile - about a mile. The museums are about 3 miles away. We stayed in the coach house, which isn't attached to the main house. It was very nice, but compact, especially with the restriction for the beams. The ensuite bathroom is clean, but very small. Difficult to move around in. The freshly cooked breakfast was lovely...best I'd had in England.
