Mary, the proprietor, contacted me prior to the arrival date and gave me clear directions on how to find the apartment. On arrival Mary was waiting to show me around the property and explain the entry/exit systems, fire alarms etc.
The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very well equipped.

Apartment 208 at By the Bridge was a great place to stay during our short break in Inverness.
Stylish and well appointed, with quality furniture and linens, this one-bedroom apartment was perfectly located with shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. The underground car park was easy to find and very convenient.
The pre-arrival information was very clear & helpful and key pick-up was straightforward.

The friendliness of all the staff. I must make comment on theexcellent service that followed me stating that one of theflurouresent tubes in the bathroom was 'flashing' and was making mefeel unwell. This was an exceptional apartment, very spacious , modern, luxurious in its decor and furnishings. Extreamly well positioned for the city with wonderful veiws from the balcony over the river. Is everything too general? We were on our honeymoon, traveling all around Scotland and Highland ended up being our favorite. We will be coming back to visit in a few years and will forgo other places next time, just setting up our base camp at the Highland Apartments so many things to see within driving distance, beautiful view, walkability is magnificent, so comfortable. Loved it!

The apartment was amazing! Spotlessly clean, lovely furnishings and decor, very comfortable and very relaxing, which is exactly what we were looking for. The complimentary breakfast pack was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. I felt very safe and secure and would definitely stay here again. -

It was a two story apartment attached to their home, very clean with a washer and dryer. We enjoyed taking some after dinner walks in the woods behind their house. They had a fire prepared for us to enjoy and found the place quite enjoyable for 2 nights. -
