In a beautifully converted 18th century textile mill in Lindley, 2 miles from the centre of Huddersfield, these stylish and contemporary luxury apartments offer a fitness suite, free parking and free WiFi. Heritage Suites offer comfortable self-catering accommodation in one and two-bedroom apartments as well as unique boutique style suites and studio apartments. All suites are furnished to a high standard with open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas and a bath or shower room. Each apartment has a large LCD flat-screen TV and DVD player as well as hairdryers and irons. The 1 and 2 bed apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, whilst mini kitchenettes are available to guests staying in the studios and suites. Just 2.2 miles from junction 23 of the M62 motorway, the apartments are in a great location for those visiting Leeds and Manchester, as well as Huddersfield.

Cosa dice la gente

I liked the style and the presentation but there were a lack of mirrors and lighting. They should have placed a mirror in the bathroom in order for women to do their make up. Plus the room smelt of damp which was overpowering and spoilt my stay. An employee stated that they had a flood and was going to change the carpets not only in the rooms but there was a large damp patch in the hallway which was also overpowering. This puts me off staying again as I would very much had liked to do so as the.

Our stay was a little too short and much of the time was spent with our family who live in huddersfield. On arriving a gentleman came over to us and thankfully guided us to the correct entrance doorway and took us up to the apartment. I don't think we would have found it easily as we thought it was accessed via the lift. He replaced a hallway light straight away. We will stay again. (We like room 5 as it has a great view. Location, superb views, space, the fact we were up-graded to a great suite, bath (free-standing Victorian style), comfortable bed, quiet, easy to follow instructions for self check in, Brasserie on site. We would definitly return if visiting the area again. We stayed in the Orient apartment which was spacious and comfortable with great views across the moors. Very convenient for buses to/from Huddersfield city centre. Supermarket at the end of the street, Bistro downstairs, dining pub nearby. We stayed in the Oriental Suite at Heritage Lofts and the room itself was absolutely beautiful. Nicely decorated with plenty of space and everything inside that we needed to cook etc. The views over Huddersfield. The comfortable bed and small kitchenette enabling us to make own breakfast. I would consider one of the themed suites next time. It was all great. Especially the staff - couldn't have been friendlier or nicer, so helpful. If only other staff were as good, they're your best asset. Luxury compared to some I've stayed in. Roomy, spotless, aesthetically pleasing and didn't need for anything. Would definitely stay again. Check-in was cool, a text and a code, very simple, quick and easy. Fantastic apartment, much better than a hotel. Spacious, comfortable, unusual, clean, value for money, cheap taxi ride in to town, lovely comfy bed and pillows. We stay there as often as we can to have a night off together n we love it.staff ate always lovely. Concept if the different style rooms. Location, amenities, staff are really nice. Simple check-in and out. High standard of apartment and spacious. I liked the location and the Studio was clean and well laid out. Great value accommodation, well furnished room and very clean. Open spaced studio flat with good views, warm and eco friendly. We have stayed lots of times but really liked studio 3. I enjoyed the luxury and the peaceful environment. Everything right down to the lovely cleaners. excellent bistro friendly staff and good food. The suite was luxury and an excellent price. ease of use facilities view. The view was incredible!. the shower facilities. Spacious and clean. We will return :). I had to give the staff a rating but in fact had no contact with anyone. However the email giving instructions was quite clear and easy to follow. The suite was quiet. We always like a suite where you can prepare your own meals. Room was fine, although looking its age, shower did not work properly while the tap in the sink was not secured to teh sink so difficult to turn on. The place was nice in terms of renovating the mill but they have just let it go a little .. shame. see comments. Very comfortable bed Excellent views Convenient location. Easy to book. Staff accomodating. This is a very well designed use of an old mill building with a stylish appearance. Views from the room were quite pleasant. Bed was massive and very comfortable. I like the location, conveniently located for a training course. The view and it was clean and kept some its character. Lovely views. I liked the styling of the room. The old fashion stone walls, which was shedding a bit on the window ledge. I liked the view, the bistro staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely. Apart from the damp smell the room was lovely and cosy. It did not bother me but there was aparty in the function room adjacent to the room. Booking on line there is no indication of this. It may affect other guests. I had great difficulty working out how the television worked. I got something eventually. Very confusing. There needs to be another bed side table and lamp. We took a table from the lounge but we only had one bed side light. No instructions where to park. No problem on a weekend but could be in the week if the restrictions of 90 minutes is enforced. The apartment was great but we did find the check-in information confusing - there was too much duplication! Also, the references to apartments, suites, studios,lofts, etc. is confusing and terminology varies depending on which website you browse. There are residential apartments in the same building as well as the ones similar to ours and this confused us when we were looking for our accommodation. Simplify please!. A few pieces of furniture needed to be updated, the sofa was falling apart! The location of the Suites is not a nice place at all... we walked to the local supermarket and did not feel safe. No bars or restaurants nearby either other than the one on site. The shower was dodgy and stiff (few plumbing issues), there was dust (a very thick layer of it) behind my bedside cabinet. Badly signpoted from the main road. And that's it. Noisy late at night. Bed wasn't the best. No towel rail in bathroom, so nowhere to hang wet towels. No heating in bathroom. Large, steep step down from bath with nothing to hold on to which is dangerous when climbing down with wet feet. No bath mat. Not enough little milks in fridge. Only three tiny tubs between two of us. Couldn't get tv to work. Was a little shabby. Mini oven would be good. Just a microwave and no hob. Limited parking. The shower leaked. Parking a little difficult, bed a little springy. Parking was a problem . No available allocated spaces so had to park on the road. Pigeons on the window sill cooing at 4 in the morning but nothing you can do about that. Nothing!. check in - the e mail code arrived after we had set out. clean but not very clean. twin beds and only one bedside table. A huge crack in the window near the kitchen area in the Scarborough room where one part of the glass was proud to the other. Didn't see any staff apart from the cleaner as we left so can't comment. all was ok apart from the room was freezin with the radiator on full... Was 'upgraded' to the African suite which wasn't what we wanted. Would have preferred a plain suite with better lighting and furniture. However, they are obviously renovating and will give them a 2nd chance. Shower did not work properly. TV completly broken Parking a real struggle with a late arriving business travellor a problem. Sink tap was loose, heating system was either red hot or off. Lets itself down with the need to have the shower drain cleaned and the shower sink was cracked. It was too hot no windows to be opened which as a problem. The balcony furniture was dirty as was the balcony. A little more attention to detail would have made this a great place to stay. Had to use stairs unable to operate lift. Musty smell in room-definite on-going plumbing problem which spoils the experience-and needs addressing! Poor teperature control on shower ,shower very small,so not able to move away from scalding water.Painful. This could be an excellent stay if these issues can be addressed. The rooms have no noise insulation and the sound comes straight in from next door and in the corridor. This is the second time noisy visitors have woken us at 4am!. The room wasnt as clean as it could have been. Some of the furniture was wobbly and not put together properly (table and benches). Could hear the people in the next room having sex. The kitchen facilities were minimal. Not great when trying for prepare food. Ie. there was no knife! The room was dirty, the table for example was covered in about a months dust buildup. I stayed for 5 night, and the room was not serviced once. I found this very disappointing, considering the 'please tidy my room' sign hung on the door everyday Also parking was a nightmare, if you arrived after 6pm then it was almost impossible to find a space. Lift was out of order and we had to walk up the stairs having not long had two hip operations we were not very happy. Parking is a nightmare and really spoilt the stay.
