  Manager's response to our initial reaction.We had travelled over 300 miles and just wanted a nice place to recover so we were pretty grumpy. The rooms were spotless, an extra heater was provided and we enjoyed a good night. Breakfast was freshly prepared.   We stayed here for my brother's wedding in Neston. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The restaurant also had good food and I loved the full English breakfast that was included in the price. The breakfast also had a lot of options for people to choose from.
