  The staff were all excellent, very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for two nights as we travelled from leicester for a wedding nearby at crowborough on the Saturday. Our meal on the Friday evening was excellent, we had steak and the prawns. The cooked breakfast was just as good and the coffee too. Thank you Asher, Philip and Sarah (and of course... cosa dice la gente » Lucky the dog) for an enjoyable, relaxing stay Cher & Ian - Excellent quality accommodation. Beautifully decorated rooms and clean, stylish ensuite bathrooms. Delightful pub with good food (good vegetarian option also). Friendly and helpful staff. Great location just 2mins ride from the Cuckoo Trail. Perfect stop over place on the London-Paris cycle route. Definitely recommended.
