Central to Hay on Wye, great staff, nice room with nice view and excellent breakfasts. It was close to the bookshops (which was the point of the visit to Hay on Wye). Location and price. The staff did everything they could to help us enjoy our stay ,and thebreakfast was very good indeed .We were meeting friends .who were moreimpressed with their room So I would reccommend the seven stars but notour particular room . tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Position. Friendliness and helpfulness of owners.A friendly hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool.Excellent breakfasts. No evening food and a lack of information as to where food was available in the town, A real need for this as we stepped out onto a deserted high street on a dark evening. Our room was clean and comfortable .But it was attached to the pool areain what seemed to be an insulated shed. The internal decor was drab andunpleasant .In addition the bathroom had no ventilation or an extractorfan .But on the plus side I could just flop into the pool through asliding door .So on balance ok. Our room - in the pool house was very small.
