  Judy is fabulous. Very warm, generous and welcoming. The room was small but perfectly formed with lovely aspect from the window. Amazing breakfast. A big plus also was the parking ticket of a favourable kind which meant we could park easily close by. The Welford is an easy stroll into the town centre and also the conference centre. A definite plac... cosa dice la gente » e to return to. - The Welford is a small hotel that feels a bit like a B&B. The owner is very helpful and friendly without being pushy. We had a room on the street side of the first floor, with a very good bed. Parking opposite was free with a 24-hour license. Breakfast was complete and good. The location is in a quiet street a few minutes from the city center.
