  Very warm welcome and the room was excellent followed by a great breakfast in the morning. Can't rate this hotel highly enough !!! - Value for money, friendly helpful staff,clean comfortable rooms.

  The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable and very good value for money. I also liked the fact that the hotel was quiet at night so was easy to get a good nights sleep. - The hotel staff were clearly understaffed however they were always verypolite and friendly to us.

  We wanted a value-for-money place where we could arrive late and this was perfect. We had a double and 2 single rooms (allowing our grown-up sons not to share) for the same price as the budget chains with good facilities. Sleeping in the annex we were able to park outside the rooms. Dining room closed before we arrived, but we were given the numbe... cosa dice la gente » r of a local pizzeria which would deliver to the hotel - sorted! - Staff really friendly and helpful. Happy to arrange for me to have meals in room due to having my spaniel along, and even supplying a snack for said dog! When I was delayed due to poor weather, staff waited up for my arrival and gave me a lovely warm welcome at the end of a difficult trip. Basically, make me feel as if I'm visiting with friends.
