This privately owned 18th century detached house offers warm and welcoming accommodation at great-value rates; the house has a courtyard garden and on-street parking.
Most of the rooms have a private shower and sink in the room. Sky satellite TV (Sky World and Sky Sports) is available in the majority of the rooms. All rooms have orthopaedic mattresses for a good night’s sleep. Each room has a workspace, with a table and chair and wireless internet access available. All rooms are spacious, cosy and welcoming.
Although the guest house does not serve breakfast, a local cafe offering a full English breakfast is just a few minutes’ walk away. Ebbsfleet International and Northfleet train stations are both just 10 minutes’ walk away. The journey time into central London is only 20 minutes. Whatever your reason for visiting, the accommodation offers all the expected comforts for an enjoyable stay.

friendlyandhelpful manager, easy access to buses (and to Northfleet train station if you have a backpack instead of a suitcase), working kitchen with supplies for continental breakfast, inexpensive washer'n'dryer in kitchen for use by guests, television with Sky worked as advertised - wonderful value for money. it was a bed for the night. sink and shower in room, but toilet not. Sometechnicalproblems (heating and hot water).The outside is very shabby and inside although clean is in need of a good overhaul. No hair-dryer in the room and had to use a shared toilet. Continental breakfast was included in the price but none was provided. There was a kitchen to make your own. This is not a hotel more like a hostel. There was not any hotel staff in the hotel. The phone number which waswritten on the door, was directed on a voice mail service. Nobody rangme back. I could not go into the hotel at 9 o'clock P.M., if anotherguest had not opened the front door and had not shown where the keyes ofthe rooms were. I think it was a very poor service that I could notcontact somebody of the hotel. On the next day ,. the room was advertised as en suite it was not i was offered a £7 per night refund which i had to accept.
