  Fantastic apartment in a great location, close to the main bars and shops etc. Someone came and met us at the apartment to show us around, how to use the heating, oven etc. The apartment had 3 bedrooms upstairs with 8 single beds then down a spiral staircase to the huge living space, kitchen and patio doors to an outside decking area. We were a little worried that butlers wou - This hotel (the Howard) is really very nice. The bathrooms were fabulous I have never seen a bathroom as nice. My husband loved the shower. The staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful and the butlers well they could not do enough for you. There were no tea making facilities in the room however you just had to request a drink and the butlers brought a freshly made drink to your room, all complimentary and all very lovely. All rooms were very spacious (we had the 1st floor suite) and the location was only about 5 minutes walk from Haymarket and Princes Street. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Flat screen tv with multiple satellite channels. Kitchen well stocked daily with breakfast/snack items. Reception/housekeeping more than helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone and return to this hotel without a doubt.

  We stayed at Simpson Loan two bedroom apartment! The apartment was fantastic! We loved it so much that we booked with vip apartments for our next stay again! Marc is the best, he really takes care of the guests. I am sure if there is any issue he would do his best to help out! Very good service!
