Room was furnished very well and the bed was extremely comfortable. Underfloor heating meant that we were always very warm. Good portion of cooked breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly. Excellent location for us. Overall a good experience. -

I loved the suite that we had it was first class, there are so many good points about the Birchover eg the sauna, the wonderful kitchen which is fully equipped eg the slow cooker, the fact that the we had our privacy but if we had needed any help there was always someone just a phone call away,now this what you call a truly unforgettable experie

Very clean, spacious apartment with a sauna being an added attraction. The apartments are in a good location of Derby, with a personal touch that you tend not to find in a chain run hotel! Would we use these apartments again - yes we would!

The staff were lovely, i met about 5 of them and all were helpful, polite and nothing seemed too much trouble.
Despite my room faving a pub right outside my window i had no problems with sound and over all had a relaxing stay.

Staff were really friendly when we arrived late at night and showed us to our room, explaining everything too. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfy. Would recommend this place!! -

The standard of cleanliness and its location was excellent. We were able to book a smoking room which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Nothing worse than standing outside in the cold . Because of that we felt able to maximise the relaxation factor and our room was spacious . The breakfast was hot, and fresh and in a clean bright dining room.

Claire in Reservations was very helpful and got us the right rooms for our requirements. Rooms were large, well cleaned and breakfast plentiful. Free internet was a huge bonus, nice to see a company not charging for something as important as wifi and the speed was good too. Perhaps worth installing a blocker for bit torrent downloads though. All in all, the hotel does represent good value for money.

The room was very modern,clean and reminded me more of a city apartment with it's flat screen tv and stylish fittings. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is within walking distance of the train station and Derby city center. Pleasant stay, everything went smoothly; friendly and professional staff - all for a bargain price. Free coffee, tea, biscuits and water is a lovely bonus. Room and bathroom was clean to highest standard. Fantastic central location.

I think what makes Jurys Inn different from all other hotel chain is
that , they do really invest in good staffs, friendly professional team
is what they have , rest assured that youl be looked after really well
when you stay with them, just amazing how excellent these staffs are of
jurys inn , well done. Im a frequent hotel user and tried most hotels so
I definitely know the difference and what differs them from one another.

There was ample, free parking.The hotel and restaurant staff were attentive and very friendly. The restaurant is reached from the hotel without going outside, there is a choice of type of seating are within the restaurant, and the food was good. Your staff at derby were fab and very helpfull. Bedrooms where so comfy clean and quiet. We will be useing your hotels more as my son is a footballer and play all over the country. Ho apprezzato la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni - We liked the easyness to get to the town centre and the shoppingcomplex. It was a 5 min walk from the hotel and 1 min in the car.
