Came to spend anniversary with husband. Staff we're very friendly and even ordered us halal chicken for our lunch!
Had an amazing treatment at the spa and everyone was just so friendly and approachable!
We even forgot a personal greeting card in our room when we checked out and the staff ever so nicely posted it out to us the following morning.

Excellent spa. the rooms were spatious and clean, my room had a separate lounge and was very elegant. Comfortable beds too. the staff are very polite, we even got a lift to the restaurant (the clubhouse) 3 minutes away, because they didn't want us to wander around in the dark.

Completely new, the appartment had anything you could ask for in an appartment. The appartments are in a peaceful area, a bit far from the centre, but there's a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk from the apartments that would take you to the centre in 15 minutes. - Size of apartment and the equipment it contained. The room was a lovely size for 4 of us.The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was set out brilliantly and it catered for all our tastes especially our youngest who asked for a bacon butty with no butter on the bread !
We certainly be using Premier Inns from now on.

Great value for money! Staff worked really hard (they were there before we started our day and still there when we ended our day). The cleanliness could not be faulted - if you want a clean and budget hotel this is the one for you. Food was good (home cooked on the premises - not sure how they find the time) and pretty good value for money; bar

There is nothing bad to be said about this hotel. Staff are very friendly and show you to your room. Rooms are lovely and clean. Very quiet, despite being so close to the airport. The owners dog is beautiful, and friendly. Later check out was arranged for me with no problem at all. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and I will most definately stay there again.

Breakfast in the morning was marvelous and three log burning fires on the go. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and can highly recommend it, a great experience all round.
