Cosa dice la gente
A little hick up at check in, but sorted first thing in the morning with
experienced staff. Thanks to Marie and crew that made out 4 days there
very friendly place. We were looking for somewhere close to the
University Hospital. This was just the right distance. It is out of town
but next door is plenty to keep your sustenance up including an all you
can eat at around 8 pounds Stirling, big Tesco with hot food at Deli,
Nandos and Movies all walking distance. Good location if you are driving

i liked the room .the bed was nice and big..and it was great to have a bath that you can really relax and soak in..i found the receptionist on saturday morning really nice and friendly.shirley you do a top job..one in a million.also the young man who helped in in when i came in very late after a lads night out in the town.
The location next to Tavares and the cinema and is was handy because I
had an appointment at the university hospital so it was only up the
road.lots to do great relaxation after a fun active day.great weather
when I stayed which was a bonus.
Staff very helpful and friendly, especially young man on night duty. Room was clean, comfy, good size, good shower, tea coffee making facilities, which were generously replenished when requested.
The staff as always were brilliant particularly the person on night duty on Reception who was so helpful - Premier Inn should make sure that they look after him and the other staff there.
The staff are always extremely friendly & helpful. It's quiet & comfortable, I always have a good night's sleep.
The staff was very friendly. Overall, I was happy that Premier Inn are very consistent in everything. Kudos.
It's does what it says on the can.
One Premier Inn room is the same wherever you stay.
Had a fantastic nights sleep. Location straight off M69 easy to find and good parking.
The staff were very considerate and friendly - felt welcome and informed.
Reception staff and cleaning staff really helpful, and very plesant.
Comfortable hotel and decor. Good location and friendly staff.
big room, comfy bed, nice staff, food outlets next door.
Breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly.
All of it!! Best room we have stayed in!.
cleanliness comfort and local facilities.
Staff friendly. Good location for Ricoh.
As always Premier Inn was very good.
Very friendly and comfortable.
Very clean and staff friendly.
value for money.
Bed very comfy.
Food and staff.
Handy location.
Location - close to many amenities
Staff helpful
room size good
Interesting restaurant - all you can eat buffet.
location was very close to where I was working.
the location.
Like I said. I you don't want to stay in town this is good.
i thought the bed was just a little bit hard.but the pillows were really nice and sturdy..
No telephone in the room and room service.this could be the next thing
you could improve on when customers want to request anything from
reception or communicate for other reasons this could be an option.
A bit cheeky on price - it was put up immediately Premier knew there was a concert in the vicinity but still not bad value for money.
Nothing.
Didn't much like the attached eatery, very budget friendly.
Nothing.
The fans in the bathrooms were noisy and it wasn't easy to see you could turn them off (noticed this the next morning). However, it's neighbours fans which cause the issue (they are loud & stay on for too long). Equally everytime the person above me walked about - the lights rattled and it was incredibly noisy. Maybe I was just unlucky, but on this basis I wouldn't return.
Having booked a breakfast and eating in the Taybarn found the food in the evening to be tasteless despite its appealing presentation. At breakfast I witnessed ,whilst fetching my pot of tea a train of ants marching up and across the table. Hygiene standards could be improved.
nothing.
The price of £52 per room per night is way too high. Why does Premier Inn advertise a £29 per night that is hardly available at any location?.
The all you can eat/ carvery.
abrupt receptionist who checked us in, and tried to charge a higher price.
Not cheapest for location.
The associated restaurant was awful. The level of noise including the
"music" was deafening. The food mediocre at best and the
American style of self service unacceptable. After a very busy working
weekend somewhere quiet to eat a reasonable meal is all we ask.
Unfortunately this time the bathroom smelt of wee and the window would not open. But this did not spoil the comfort of the room.
Nothing bad.
nothing really.
One of the child beds was only a mattress on the floor.
They recommend Taybarn for food. Avoid it unless you want to be surrounded by kids.
Bed on the floor for 1 of the kids - neither would sleep on it/
The main double bed was very uncomfortable and has left my husband and I with bad backs.
Very busy manic restaurant - not relaxing at all.
poor maintainance of the rooms facilities.
very old dirty looking and tiered, a noisy hotel and hated the eating place next door it was like a zoo by 6pm
I have stayed in many PI but this is the first bad one!.
