Caro (Owner) was very nice & helpful on arrival. Room was clean, modern & nicely done. The information pack provided was very good, it included details & recommendations of local pubs & provided details of a countryside walk which is recommended. The spread provided for breakfast was very good, any kind of cereal you could want, locally produced & sourced meats (Sausages & Bacon) & eggs provided, jams, marmite, orange juice, bottled water, milk, biscuits & hot dr. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
We stayed for one night (Sat) at T's B&B's and it was excellent. The host was really welcoming and showed us around our room which was lovely, airy and clean with a HUGE bed. It isn't a traditional B&B as there is a small kitchenette provided with an array of teas and coffees and a fridge with sausages, bacon, eggs, yoghurts, orange juice and milk for your breakfast (included with the price of the room). There was also lots of cereals, jams and biscuits. My partner and I loved this set .
Rooms were excellent and stocked with food from the farm shop with the best sausages I have ever had!! We were three generations of a family ranging from 12 to 80 and all loved it. Our reception was good, the rooms were excellent (such comfortable beds) and all facilities good. We were on a 'Jane Austen' trip to Bath but the place would be excellent also for a countryside trip and the village of Box nearby looked interesting. We would definitely go again.
The staff where really friendly and willingly to help out in anyway they could,. The rooms are beautifully designed with modern contemporary, Extremely cosy for the love birds that like the romantic small pleasures in life. Its a place you have to visit to appreciate its beauty. would recommend it to anyone, in fact we have already!! will most definitely be returning in the near future!! Had a lovely experience at this place, thankyou so much :).
The warm friendly greeting, and the assurance nothing was to much
trouble. Beautiful and clean rooms at reasonable rates, view of the
vally and local walks. The local information pack and the passion and
knowledge the owners have of the area. Recommended walks and
restuarants, Bath just 20mins aways, so great days out, I would nad
throughtly recommended this to my firends and family.
The setting in the farm is wonderful. Our room had plenty of space for the three of us. The beds were very comfortable. We all enjoyed the shower and the kitchenette with all we needed for breakfast was a delight. Caro and her Husband were very friendly and helpful. We will be going back and telling all our friends what a lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend.

We received a very warm welcome from the owner Caro. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Loved the fact we could sit outside - we were there on a very warm evening and enjoyed watching the swallows flying in and out of the barn. The fridge and kitchen area was very well stocked. Highly recommended.
The facilities were excellent. We particularly liked the kitchenette where we could prepare the food (eggs bacon sausages) for breakfast as well as cereals, toast etc. we were able to control the heating which we required due to the cold weather. We would certainly return and highly recommend it to others.
Only 30 minutes from Bath with a good bus service to and from. Good pub - The Quarryman's Arms within reasonable walking distance- food excellent.

Loved that it was selfcatering, plenty of room, clean kicthen, clean nice shower and bathroom, luxury bed with a downduve, sleept very weel, could cook pourselves in the morning, didn't have to bee at a surten time for breakfast, the freedom staying there, everything about it.
The farm is situated in the nature. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and nice, in the country style. Each room has its own entrance and it is possible to sit in front of the room at the terrace. Guests can make breakfast from farm product that they find in the fridge.
A very warm welcome on arrival and a large room with everything we could possibly wish for a couple of very pleasant days set in beautiful surroundings and convenient for visiting Bath - we took a bus from the top of the lane - far easier than trying to find parking!.
Attention to detail from the bathroom supplies to the very well stocked fridge and cupboards to make our own breakfast.
It was very quiet and comfortable and in such a lovely setting I wish we could have stayed for longer. We all agreed we would definitely go back.
Overall presentation - clean, modern, well laid out in a nice setting.
Bed and breakfast with a twist in that you cook it yourself but this was infact perfect for us timing and behaviour wise with our young kids.
Lovely location and convenience to Bath.
Everything was wonderful. There is a lovely view over the fields and a great country walk. The facilities were well above the standard we have been staying in. Really enjoyed the nice big shower. Excellent sheets, towels and little kitchenette.
The service was excellent, owner was very helpful, every thing was very lovely. The array of food and drink available for the self service breakfast was amazing and it was lovely to be able to move at our own pace and prepare our own food.
We stayed with our 4 dogs for a dog show, great hospitality with food and drinks in fridge. Amazing scenery and dog walks. Owners very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us! A definate 'must stay' for this place! We will be back!.
Lovely converted cottage. Great shower and beautiful setting. Lovely contained appartment/cottage and perfect to have fresh eggs, bacon, sausages to cook at your leisure. Close to Bath City Centre, but still a rural setting.
I have stayed before and really enjoyed the experience. It is very comfortable, warm in bitter weather, every convenience to hand, delicious, varied breakfast provisions and all in a convenient location to visit places I love.
Superb and unique, very enjoyable stay. Fridge stocked with farm produce. Spacious room, clean, comfortable and welcoming would recommend to anyone looking for something slightly different. A welcome change from Hotel chains.
The quiet country location,the ability to come and go at all times without disturbing anyone and the self-catering breakfast gave more flexibility of meal times than a conventional b&b.The food provided was first class.

The B and B is located at a beautiful location and is very new, modern and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and rain shower. There is also a good bus connection to Bath.

The Wi-Fi was not available and neither were the staff to explain that the router was in my room and I could have reset the router if I had known of its presence.
Location was off the beaten path a bit. But nice countryside feel. We liked proximity to Bath.
