  The location and especially the lawn/gardens at the rear - a real delight in the spring/summer. A real treat for our bedroom (112) to look out on the gardens. The seat on the window(sill) was a particular plus. Breakfast was good - liked the idea of cooked breakfast to order - dining area so light and welcoming.   Frendly efficient staff and everything is very clean. It's not the least stuffy and you feel at ease there. An encouraging price structure sympathetic to what for many people are hard pressed times.
