  Me and my partner came for a break away, we only stayed one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We eveb had the chance to have a breif conversation with the owner who was very friendly and helped us decide where we were going out that evening. Bot a bad word to say about the place it was a pleasure to say. - Everything was spotless! Beautiful surroundings in a really quiet area, ideal after a long day! Staff are really friendly and professional, food in the restaurant is to die for! The rooms are not too big but well decorated, bed really comfy, one of the best relaxing nights I had for a long time! Definitely will stay there again!

The hotel has had a makeover since we last stayed there and we were very pleasantly surprised at the difference, we had a de luxe double room with breakfast, it was fantastic value for a quality hotel. - Friendly helpful staff, the hotel was secure, with coded access.   Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating and they tried sorting out any issues quickly (there's a new GM) Lovely pool area indoor and out Clock tower restaurant was fun and very relaxed with charming staff. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

  Very nice location on quiet street, but only about 15 minutes from Heathrow Airport. Picture doesn't show how nice the inn really is. Small place but the staff were very friendly, and extremely helpful. Beds were comfortable, large bathroom and shower. Served traditional pub fare, which was very good. - Absolutely great hosts.
