  The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. The restaurant was really beautiful and the staff were great (BIG thank you to them) all in all this was a beautiful Hotel and they made us feel extra special. Thank you to the staff of Casa for making our stay a hap - Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, smiley!!! and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel although situated on a roundabout, you wouldn't have known it, was in a perfect location for seeing all the beautiful places around the area. Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton, Snake Pass all just a few minutes drive away. Beds were amazing probably the best nights sleep in a hotel I've ever had. Restaurant was brilliant, food really good, and again the staff were fabulous.

  Having stayed at many hotels of all kinds over many years, this hotel as eclipsed them all. All staff members were as helpful and friendly as they could possibly be, nothing was too much trouble for them. Most impressed and will certainly recommend to others. - Staff courteous and welcoming; even called to confirm we were still coming (as we arrived quite late); rooms always clean, consistent, comfortable, accomodating our growing families needs... (not sure what happens when we hit 5 of us though? & that is soon!!) Breakfast was great!

Very good value for money. - I always read reviews before booking, and I had a most enjoyable stay at a really friendly and quirky hotel, where the staff I met and dealt with were helpful, and very eager too please. I found it strange that previous reviews complained about there being no lift, and that their rooms were some way from reception - well it states that on the information page on this really interesting hotel.

  i booked my wife and daughter in hotel they where having dinner there,daughter is in wheel chair,and she found room very good, they thank all staff four a very nice night and lovely food thanks john. - The staff were very friendly and hospitable. On our arrival (after 3pm) they arranged for sandwiches to be made and brought to our rooms.
