Cosa dice la gente
For the type of hotel it was very good. Clean, warm and comfortable with a decent bathroom. Easy to get to the town centre with a very good bus service. The prices went up a little for Cheltenham festival but that's what you expect. Very reasonable price compared to other hotels on the vicinity.
Easy check in, room as described and very clean, good tv, tea and coffee
making facilities, comfortable bed, good location for Cheltenham. No
issues with noise. Plenty of free parking spaces. All in all a hassle-
free experience which was good value.tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Excellent location
Staff were very friendly; Mark in particular on reception was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and gave us some useful advice
Wi-fi is cheap
Very generous breakfast.
Reception staff really took an interest in their jobs and made individuals feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Also I enjoyed the best night's sleep I have had for a long time!.
24 hour check in and 12 noon check out
Lovely clean well laid out room facilities which had clearly been thought about rather than simply squashed into whatever space was available.
Easy to find on the A40
Big free car park.
Close to the railway station
Short Taxi/bus ride to town
Very helpful staff
Quiet at night (despite the railway line at the back).
The location, very friendly staff fab room size and facilities and the level of cleanliness was excellent. Extremely good value for money. Would Definately recommend.
The friendly staff when you arrived, nothing was too much trouble, they booked our evening meal at the TGI Fridays, where the staff were so friendly. A great time.
Room was very clean, tv was impressive. I asked for a room at the front of the hotel which was arranged and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The reception staff were lovely - Mark, Nonsy and the lady with the blonde pony tail who leant me an alarm clock. Very polite and helpful and chatty.
The young lady who booked us in. Sorry should have taken her name because she always had a smile and a friendly word every time we went in or out.
everything was up to standard, location suited us, staff were very friendly. we would use the hotel in the future.
enjoyed our stay room was spotless and staff very friendly premier has a well earned reputation regards paolo russo.

Rooms lovely and roomy, eating so close always very convenient, staff always helpful.
Loved the breakfast, fabulous! Especially impressed with having soya milk available.
Good location, good tie I with restaurant next door, easy parking and great TV.
It was close to town on a convenient bus-route and the rooms were
comfortable.
Basic, simple, clean, quiet, quite spacious, everything you need.
The facilities were excellent and the hotel was budget friendly.

Very clean no fuss room
Nice big TV
Comfy pillows
Affordable.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.
Plenty of parking
Good TGI Friday on site.
Tgi Friday breakfast worked very well.
Walking distance of town centre.
For the price, there was nothing more I could have expected! Excellent.
I cannot find any faults (although I have tried!). I shall certainly use Premier Inns again if they all share the same high standards.
Nothing to dislike.
Its not a self serve buffet breakfast, which means that you have to wait for the staff to take your order, and then wait until they Cook it & bring it to the table. So not great if you want to quickly eat and go.
N/A.
That there wasn't enough tea bags, coffee, milk and sugar. Only providing enough for one drink per person is a bit stingy. After all how much does it cost? No other quibbles!.
The mega squeaky floor of the bathroom. I was wondering if the floor below could hear it - I stepped carefully because it made such a horrible noise! (room 55).
The room was a bit hot and we could not turn down the temp. There was a fan which helped but I just get fed up of the noise of it. Just a little thing but did not spoil our stay.
nothing.
Paper thin walls make it sound like elephants coming down the stairs and TGI Friday outside the front with half the youth of Cheltenham yelling til 5am in the morning.......
Breakfast croissants were terrible!
Family snoring.
Room was very hot- temperature control didn't appear to cool the room, so fans were appreciated
No toilet brush, and toilet not cleaned when room serviced during our stay.
Would have liked free Wi Fi
T G I Fridays next door had very poor menu also very loud music.
Not suitable for my age group to have a drink in the evening.
No bench seating outside reception for awaiting taxis. There are a couple of seats in reception but often they were taken by others.
I could'nt fault anything.
The Internet service was not so good and 30 mins really not long enough, especially when filling out questionnaires like this.
Laundry would be really useful for long term travellers.
Pillows were a little too soft and the bathroom got very warm.
Long life milk and too few tea-bags.
The room at the back was very hot and extremely noisy with many trains
on a Friday evening passing by. The triple glazing did not help this.
Having changed rooms for the second night the bath-room fan remained on and the receptionist had to be called to isolate the power.
It was strange that the back room had a shaver point but the front room didn't!.
Breakfast only until 9.
No ironing facilities in the room though available on request.
Breakfast in seperate building.
Room was too hot.
We had a family room and were quiet but had a complaint from below with regards the childrens foot steps. If this is the case we should have been on the ground floor. Being made aware of this was stressfull in trying to stop them from walking around.
No phone
No mugs
Power in hotel went out for 40 minutes
Better hotels including breakfast else where for same price.
The shower was a little mean with the flow of water.
I miss more hooks to hang towels etc or maybe a clothesline in the bathroom for drying washed clothes.
to far to walk to city centre.
too clinical ,not much atmosphere.
A pity the reception area was so small.
My sleep was disrupted all night due to passing trains. I was very tired when I woke up.
Noisy people returning to their room at 3.15 am.
The soap dispenser was broken.noise from nearby railwayline during the night.
Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the breakfast venue during our last visit, and therefore did not book breakfast during this visit.
very, very hot. Fans were provided though
Quite small room
No facilities in hotel
Not very close to Cheltenham.
Heard freight train during the night. Location ok but hotel seemed to lack any atmosphere. Although we paid the full price for the room would have preferred a top floor as we heard people in the room above moving around in the early hours of the morning, so I personally did not sleep that well, my husband seemed to sleep through it though. The shower gel that had to be used for your hair was not good and no conditioner. Overall an ok stay don't know if I would book this hotel again.
Noise of trains
Difficult exiting onto main road to right.
Car parking limited, we werent as close to the centre of Cheltenham as
the tittle "C'ham Central" suggested.
Our room was very very hot and no air conditioning in the room. There were 2 office fans in the room so there have obviously been previous complaints but problem not addressed. Fans too loud to leave on during the night. Window small and made no difference - install air conditioning Premier Inn!!.
The rooms were very small and tight.
The toilet wasn't 100 % clean.
