Mary is really lovely and very friendly and welcoming. Mary keeps rescue parrots which are allowed to roam free which was fantastic but they are not noisy. Mary also has two cats and several rabbits. The bedrooms, bathroom are very clean and the house has a lovely old charm to it. Breakfast was five star. -

The accommodation was very clean and very confortable. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.
I would recommed the place to everybody, who wish to visit Camberley.

I loved our room and will definitely return if we can get the same room - excellent value. We loved the pool and sauna too, and it was very cosy with the Xmas decorations, tree, log fire etc - Express checkout

Really well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds. Easy to contact the staff over the weekend and collect keys. Very centrally situated. Excellent value for money. -

to the college and back which took us 20 mins max. Free parking.

Location - Lakeside views, especially when in dining room. Staff in dining room very courteous and eager to please. Dinner good but breakfast could have been better. Toast soggy and cold and bacon only cooked on one side.

The service we received from staff was exceptional! They couldn't of been more friendly or helpful and made the whole experience more pleasurable. Ollie on reception went out of his way to open doors and promptly got a travel cot when he saw we had a baby. The staff were absolutely outstanding from prior to checking in until check-out. Whilst we were outside unpacking the car a member of your team appeared at the side of us and helped us up to the reception area with the luggage. I have stayed in many hotels and can honestly say that the Premier in at Camberley was one of the best.
