LOVED IT LOVED IT LOVED IT. A bit hard to find if you don't know the area, but easy as pie once you get your bearings. Staff was great, very friendly. They made me feel very much at home. Even though I was only there for two nights. The rooms were clean. Food was good and the staff was conscious of diary needs (upon being informed). Beds were comfortable. LOCATION WAS PERFECT, smack dab in between Giant's Causeway and the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. And there is a quiet, but well stocked bar do. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
The Fitzpatrick Family adopted us immediately upon our arrival! My
husband's birthday was the next day and Michela immediately said
she would get a small cake and also surprised him with a card. That
night the Tavern had Fiddlin' Tom and a keyboardist playing Irish
cw for hours...but things don't get started until about 10pm!
Everyone sang Happy Birthday and the Guinness flowed on and on!
There's nothing fancy about the place, it's small, breakfasts
are fine.....but the huge sense of welcome an.
The owners of the causeway tavern were extremely friendly and their local knowledge of surrounding hot spots fantastic, whilst I was there they hosted a quiz night which was a real treat! Breakfast was grease free and very tasty. Rooms were comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure.
Charles, the owner's son was v helpful with suggestions for our onward journey, and helped make our evening and the next day in the area spectacular. The breakfast was wholesome. The location is also perfect for visiting the Causeway.
Loved sitting at the bar and chatting with the friendly staff, who were kind enough to print out a customized map of places to see. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect!.
Thoughtfully arranged rooms. Reassuringly spotless. We were a mixed group of three generations but the folks at the Tavern went out of their way to accommodate everyone.
Above average.
Good location for the causeway, dark hedges and rope bridge. Very friendly staff and the best poached egg I've had in a long time!.

More of a tavern than what I think of as a bed and breakfast. No second sheet on the bed.
Late night noise from the entertainment session in the bar.
